Employed as Project Manager (assigned to BA Pneumatics Business Stream), with primary responsibility for developing technical solutions and business justifications for non-contractual and bespoke projects. Project implementation involved fact-finding, procurement, engaging Third Party providers, and coordinating project activities between BA Information Management (BA IM), BA Engineering Business streams, and EDS Engineers.
• Responsible for Successful implementation of project for enhanced operational efficiency of Pneumatics business stream, Flight Data Recording (FDR) with improved EDS’ Service Delivery and business relationship with BA Engineering. Previous IT experience, Team Management, and Leadership skills were utilised in both roles.

Electronic Data Systems (EDS UK) Ltd
Engaged as Project Manager/Senior Project Analyst/ Systems Engineer on Outsourcing Assignments including the Dept. of Works and Pensions and Santander Bank. At EDS HQ – she was responsible for designing and managing programme office governance structure. The role involved conducting Quality Assurance audits with Project Managers, training and mentoring Project Analysts. As a project Manager, she was responsible for developing business case, project plan definitions, dependency management for new projects; and controlling project tolerance (i.e. risks, costs, time and human resources management).
Transport for London (TfL – London Underground)As Project Manager in this multi-racial large transport corporation catering for millions of commuters in London, Sade Tairu managed a client sensitive and time-critical account that involved coordinating and managing simultaneous activities between multiple companies to ensure uninterrupted service on the London Underground. Projects undertaken include upgrading Station Computers, installing Ticket Machines, and IT Communications in readiness for the Oyster Card System.
