Is a graduate of the University of Nigeria (UNN) Nsuka, where he bagged a Bsc degree in Food Science & Technology. He later on acquired the ACCA Accounting Technician grade after some exposure to Audit and Compliance work under an articleship with Kunle Oshinaike & Co, a licensed Audit and Accountancy firm located in Ilupeju, Lagos State.

With this grounding, he proceeded to Ireland, where he was engaged by the Bank of AMERICA Plc, going through rigorous training in one of the top 10 brands in Banking worldwide. He was later to become a specialist in Customer service at the bank, a job which drew heavily on his tremendous interpersonal skills coupled with computing, analytical shrewdness, communications expertise and painstaking adherence to forging solutions to customer feedback puzzles and business development initiatives.

Paul is a mature unassuming personality with uncommon knack for resolving knotty issues , well endowed in strategic planning and scenario analysis, where critical evaluation of several competing and broadly attractive options require consideration in order to make a robust choice in advance of empirical collaborations as events fall into place. An Insurance professional ,he holds an Insurance Diploma from the Irish Management Institute in addition to an Advance Management certificate from the Ulster University, Belfast, Ireland.

Earlier in his career development journey, he passed through the world renowned chocolate manufacturers, Cadbury Nigeria Plc, as a Management trainee, flowing through all corporate departments of this giant manufacturer, from Accounting, to Sales & marketing, to Production, through Transport /distribution & Logistics, to Maintenance, HR/ staff training , Procurement and Administration. He similarly got engaged by Trade wins Ltd, of Santry, Ireland as a Stores Representative
Earlier to this, he took on teaching as a Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun state before relocating to Ireland, where he is a citizen and much revered community icon. With his impressive widespread skills and multi-sector background, Paul would take responsibility for leading our team saddled with responsibility for forging Operational and services delivery partnerships with offshore links and sources, banking and insurance relationship development, customer delight initiatives and Investor commitment management.
