A Rotarian since 2005, after some years as a Rotaractor (served as President of Rotaract club of University of Jos 2003/04). Rotarian Arthur is a Past Assistant Governor, served as his Club President in 2010/11 year and has held many District positions, served in many District Committees as well. He was the District Chair, Fellowships when the Rotary Fellowship of Palmwine was natured and approved for charter by Rotary International A Multiple Rotary Award Winner (prominent among them is the Avenue of Service Citation). His passion for service and friendship propels him in his daily dealings with friends and business associates. He is a Paul Harris Fellow. PAG Arthur is a safety professional with specialty in occupational safety and health. Arthur enjoys listening to music, traveling and watching movies at his spare times. He is married with kids.

I am currently about venturing into politics to offer grassroot service to the people who are being shortchanged by the people in power and being made to live in extreme poverty and insecurity in a country blessed with abundant wealth. I am still into Arts and Culture as well as Parks and Recreation. By profession I am a Social Scientist and a strong Rotarian with passion for serving humanity through Rotary in Abuja and through my Foundation that is providing social amenities in my rural village of Mputu Ukpor.
